ELIGIBILITY UNDER THE EEOICP 
ELIGIBILITY FOR PART B:

1. A surviving worker or former worker employed at an Atomic Weapons Employer or Department of Energy facility.

2. If the worker is deceased the spouse of the worker is eligible.

3. If both the worker and spouse are deceased then the surviving children are eligible

ELIGIBILITY FOR PART E

1. A surviving worker or former worker is eligible under part E if employed at a Department of Energy facility. A surviving worker from an Atomic Weapons Employer facility is not eligible under part E.

2. If the worker is deceased the spouse of the worker is eligible. 

3. If both the worker and spouse are deceased then the children are eligible only if the child was under the age of 18 at the time of the workers death or over 18 but dependent on the worker at the time of the death.
